Initial consultation
During the initial consultation and site visit, we will work with you to understand your vision for your renovation. 

Design and planning
We will now design your renovation based on our initial consultation and will define specifications, features and finishes.

Pre – construction
Based on the established design, we will provide you with a complete project budget, scope and timelines.  Upon approval of a preliminary budget, a written construction contract is formed. Final drawings are then submitted for approval for permits and a construction start date is defined.

Construction
Construction commences with site preparation, which may include partial demolition of an existing structure and excavation of the site. Once all permits are in place and materials are delivered to site, construction begins.

Handover
Your renovation is now complete, we will meet with you to do a final walkthrough to ensure that any outstanding items have been addressed. The renovated areas have been completely cleaned and are ready for your enjoyment.
